Onoto Magna Classic (Tortoiseshell)

Onoto were founded in 1905 by the De la Rue company and became a major UK supplier of fountain pens. An early innovation was the vacuum filling method, now used by several pen manufacturers. With falling sales, they closed in 1958, but like Conway Stewart, were recreated in 2005 by enthusiasts who wished to revive the brand as a luxury hand crafted manufacturer.

All Onoto pens carry the distinctive Art Deco company logo. The Magna Classic range was introduced in 2010. Onoto are noted for their lavish boxes and presentation as shown here.
